What is FIT BODY BOOT CAMP?
A indoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional coaching & motivational training provided by our world-class instructors!
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! People of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
Boot Camp sessions run five days a week.
We are adding more boot camp sessions as well as Saturday & Sunday morning boot camps. There are many different times to choose from. We offer early morning sessions and evening sessions. If you don't see a time that works with your schedule please contact me, we may have a small group that you could join, or you can get some of your friends and have your own boot camp time. Don't forget, we still have one to one personal training.
When signing up for boot camp, you will sign up for the session that is most convenient for you and that is the one you will attend but can go to any boot camp time if you choose.

What do I need to bring?
Comfortable clothing, running shoes, and a sense of adventure.
